How does it work?
- When you click an action button like
Post, Comment, Send Huddled AI reviews your content and does a context and sentiment analysis in a few milliseconds.
- If the AI believes it is inappropriate you will receive a time-sensitive popup that tells you why this content has been blocked.
If my content is blocked, is my administrator notified?
No, only you can see that is has been blocked. This means it has not and cannot be shared within your community. We flag potentially inappropriate content such that the administrator is not burdened with numerous moderation reports (if it were to occur).
My content isn’t abusive, explicit or spam but it is still getting blocked; what can I do?
Sometimes AI isn’t always correct – so if this happened to you, we apologise for this inconvenience! A couple ways around this is to try split the content up into separate posts, comments or messages or try communicate the same thing but in a different way.
